AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM (ASP)
Free Home ES provides an after-school program for our students. The cost is $12.00 per day if purchased prepaid for entire week, $15 per day if purchased pre-paid for individual days. All payment MUST be pre-paid the week prior to avoid late fees. The charge is $20 per day for “drop-ins.” The program is from 2:30PM through 6:00PM each day. ASP ends promptly at 6:00PM. Any parent arriving after that time will be responsible for paying a late fee of $15 per 15-minute late increment per child. The child is subject to withdrawal from ASP after 3 late pickups or 3 incidents of inappropriate conduct. A snack is provided daily and is included in the fee. Every parent is encouraged to register his/her child for the ASP program in the event that an emergency arises and the child has the need for care. If schools are closed for inclement weather or for other reasons, the after-school program will also be closed. Additional information on ASP is available at the front office.

After School Program fees may be paid online at the web store located at https://ccsd.graystep.com using a VISA or MasterCard credit or debit card or American Express. By creating an account and linking their students to the account, parents will also be able to view prior purchase and payment history.
The elementary school After School Program allows pre-purchases of specific dates for afterhours student care. By accessing the online web store located at https://ccsd.graystep.com, parents will designate which dates students will attend after school and also be able to view all after school purchases. Purchases of full weeks of attendance can be made at the rate of $12 per school day. Purchases by the day may also be made for $15 per day. All purchases must be made by the Sunday of the week preceding the after school attendance in order to properly staff the program. Drop-in care is available for $20.
